Kegel has partnered with Storm to study the techniques associated with the 2 handed delivery. Understanding the unique body positions and the types of 2 handed players will help any 2 handed player to develop their game to the next level.

• Release - Relationship of Fingers & Thumb
• Key Elements - Hand Position, Vertical Shoulder Motion, and Release
• Understanding 2 Handed Player Styles
