Kegel Training Center COVID-19 Protocols
We are very humbled to have been back to business for some time and returning to some sense of normalcy in the KTC. While we love nothing more than doing what we are all passionate about, we must also keep in mind the safety of you, our customers, and our staff. To that end, Kegel has constantly evaluated and implemented safety measures that emphasize safety and health over everything else while doing our best to still deliver the product/service you deserve. All procedures and policies are detailed below and have been implemented per recommendations from the CDC and government officials.

KEGEL TRAINING CENTER:
Schedule:
Our hours of operation have returned to normal (Monday - Saturday, 9:00am - 4:00pm).
Procedures:
Upon Arrival: To ensure the safety of the Training Center, everyone entering the building for training will be given an information sheet to fill out. Customers may request at that time that coaches wear masks during training sessions.
Distancing: Our coaches will strive to maintain six feet of distance between themselves and our customers receiving instruction.
Personal Protective Equipment: Our coaches and staff will wear a mask if requested by the customer. We will have disposable masks on hand if you do not bring your own. We also have several hand sanitizer stations located in the Training Center and in the common areas.
Cleaning & Sanitizing: Kegel has increased its daily cleaning procedures to meet or exceed all guidelines released by the CDC. Our cleaning staff deep cleans all areas of the Training Center prior to staff or customers arriving. This includes, but is not limited to, mopping of floors, cleaning approach area, wiping down all contact surfaces, and disinfecting computer stations. Our coaches will also be responsible for following a similar cleaning procedure every time a lesson has concluded and left the building. This two-fold approach is designed to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
