This conference is an advanced level of training and certification designed for individuals pursuing coaching and instruction as a profession. Coaches must attend entire conference and pass online exams.

Prerequisites:
 RVP (Registered Volunteer Program) approval
 USBC Coaching Bronze certification (minimum of one year required unless authorized)
